I am a 34 year old third stage Lyme’s Disease survivor and present PolyArthritis sufferer. My Vision of the future manifests around happiness, success in my business / personal endeavors, and continued commitment to community service. I graduated from Slippery Rock University in 1997 with a BA in Mass Communications. I personally have been a top performer for three medium to large communication providers in my 10 year tenure in the Communications Industry. I created my own enterprise in September 2005.  My firm is called ADVANZ, LLC.  My company ADVANZ is positioning itself a leader in State and Nationwide as a Youth and Minority Entrepreneurship Advocacy and Economic Development Consulting Company. I have been trained in sales and implementation several major Communication and Information Technology Solutions  of Call Center, Wireless, IVR, VOIP, Verint, Nortel, Cisco, Motorola, Checkpoint, Verizon Business Serves, Catalyst, and Canopy Solutions.

I have active partnerships with Ipcelerate, Verint, Packet360, CoreBTS, Dwayne Cooper Enterprises, Technology Transfers Inc, and ETG Communications. I have managed accounts for large Darden Foods, Outback Steakhouse, and Philips Petroleum.

I am involved in community, business, cultural, and leadership based activities. AdVanz, LLC awareness division acts as the active State director for National and Global Entrepreneurship Week. I am a founding member of the Statewide YouLead initiative.  I am the active as Board Chairman for the CentralTech’s Marketing and Operation Industry Cluster, PA DACUM Curriculum Advisory Council for PA Career and Technical Schools, Recruitment Steering Committee Chairman for the United Way’s Project Blue Print Organizational Leadership Training Program, the Erie/ PA State Ambassadors, and Leadership Erie Program, Current member of the Enterprise Development Center of Erie County Board of Directors.  I am a Member of the Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education, USASBE, Western PA Minority Purchasing Council, and the largest Land Grant College Community of Practice for Youth Entrepreneurship Education. Former  Chairman of Board Recruitment for the Eastside YMCA Board of Directors, Former Vice Chair of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors. 

I am a former YMCA Black Achiever of the Year, and serve on the development board for the Young Minority Achievers’ Program.  In 2005 I received Congressional and Senatorial Recognition Awards for my commitment to the Erie community. In 2008 AdVanz was selected to represent the Region in the GCOAAF Governor’s Business Summit, Panelist For the Education and Business Partnership, and Youth Entrepreneurship Symposium at Penn State NERCDC. November 2008 I received a National Award for Business Creativity and Entrepreneurship Program Design. I am active in National, State and Local politics. I am the 2005 Co-Director of Operations for a National Diversity Group, RDC. I am one of the 2006 Honorary Chairman for the Pennsylvania Business Advisory Council of the RNCC. I am a Trustee of The Gem City Lodge. I participate in ethnic based activities such as the African American Forum, American Legion Post 700 Club, Elks Club, Weed and Seed, and the national group Study Circles.
